North Idaho College - Career and Technical Education Facility

7064 W. Lancaster Road, Rathdrum, Idaho

Construction of a new Career and Technical Education Facility (CTE) will house the following programs: Advanced Manufacturing/Mechatronics; Automotive Technology; Collision Repair Technology; Computer Aided Design Technology - Architectural; Computer Aided Design Technology - Mechanical; Diesel Technology; Industrial Mechanic/Millwright Machining; and CNC Technology Welding Technology. This 110,960 square feet building will be centrally in Kootenai County on 40 acres owned by NIC on the Rathdrum Prairie at 7064 W. Lancaster Road, Rathdrum, Idaho. The projected completion date is Summer 2016, in time for the start of Fall Semester 2016.
