Each of our attached or single family homes at Haystack Heights will have traditional amenities, including a private kitchen. Our shared spaces will feature a common house, replete with a larger kitchen and dining area, laundry, and recreational spaces. Shared outdoor space will include walkways, open space and gardens. We will share resources with our neighbors while maintaining independent lifestyles.

Haystack Heights has been designed by future residents, making it unique to anything available in Spokane.  Our site is located in the South Perry Neighborhood: an area with a village feel and community sensibility. It's a walkable, up-and-coming place,  just blocks from the vibrant university and medical districts.
